Childhood friends

Life is a very intricate sometimes: it brings us close to some people; it takes some people far away for many years. And there are only distant memories before the eyes: bursts of laughter, laugh, painful emotions and many more... There’s a need to see familiar faces, remember old childish jokes and much more. And questions arise: maybe somebody needs my support, help, a person to talk to, or maybe somebody is feeling sad and lonely…

The 75 years old woman contacted our detective agency with a request to find her childhood friend. In 1952 they both attended the same school in Lianozovo area. In 50s this area belonged to Moscow region, the archives were destroyed due to statute limitation. The search was complicated by the only basic data available: the surname and the name only. Age was also approximate to plus or minus one year. In 1953 the family moved to another area of Moscow. They didn’t see each other after the move. The whereabouts of a friend were unknown. Years erased some facts from the memory of a woman, but after long conversation with her, our team was able to restore some of the details, which later played a significant role. Additional information we got was that her friend had a brother, his name, and that he as a child a bit stammered. Our detectives sent requests to those instances that could provide information about the man under question. The list of 43 people was made according to the provided information. The chances were not small taken the age of the man. A week later, thanks to the hard work of the staff of our detective agency our search was a success. We checked information by phone or sent detectives to the address. And finally luck was on our side and we found exactly the person we were looking for. We informed the client about the result. This information was very joyful for the woman and unexpected at the same time; because she was thinking that the search would take longer. Unfortunately we do not know how a meeting of childhood friends was.
